SHOKUTIM
Cafe & Desert BarHospitality / 112 sq.m.
Located in a two-unit shophouse on Banthat Thong Road, Shokutim spans approximately 112 square meters, bringing together the warmth of homemade bread and ice cream. Inspired by our bread-making process—from kneading the dough to baking—we envisioned the space as a playful yet functional "bread factory."

The heart of the shop is the open kitchen, designed as a production space where customers can watch the bread-making process through glass walls, adding a dynamic, interactive element. A long counter mimics a factory conveyor belt, symbolizing the journey of freshly baked bread from oven to table.
At the storefront, we created a single entrance while using tall glass windows to frame the seating area, offering an inviting space where customers can capture moments inside and outside the shop. The factory aesthetic continues with wall-mounted lamps, exposed pipes, and a striking red-and-white decorative pipe installation behind the counter, reinforcing the brand’s CI colors. Additionally, the wiring of the wall-mounted lamps has been intentionally designed as part of the decor, creating an industrial, machine-like pattern that enhances the factory concept.

The rear of the shop features an expanded bathroom, designed for added comfort while incorporating the brand’s signature colors. Externally, a solid facade from the second floor upwards emphasizes the bold illuminated logo, while a small Blade Sign ensures visibility for pedestrians. A playful wayfinding sign—featuring "Nong Kanom Pang Driving"—guides customers to the parking area, enhancing the brand’s identity with charm and character.
By blending industrial elements with warm, inviting details, Shokutim’s design captures the heart of a nostalgic yet modern bread factory, where fresh flavors and thoughtful design come together.
